Heath Ledger will appear in the sequel to The Dark Knight (Topic)

Heath Ledger in the form of the Joker may appear in the sequel to The Dark Knight, which Christopher Nolan intends to shoot in the spring of 2011. According to the resource ShowbizSpy, the director plans to use the scenes with the Joker not included in the movie to connect the plots of the two movies. Part of the Joker will be computer generated.

“Chris wants to pay tribute to Heath and his ingenious game. Of course, this will only be a short episode, and he uses it only with the permission of the Ledger family members, '' said an anonymous source. Naturally, this information is unlikely to be officially confirmed until the movie's premiere.

Note that earlier Nolan considered it inappropriate for the Joker to appear in any sequel to The Dark Knight.
