According to The Hollywood Reporter, this time the lawsuit was filed by Scott McLean, a stunt double for actor Ed Helms, who suffered a severe head injury while movieing a dangerous episode of the movie in Thailand.

According to the lawsuit, changes were made to the pre-rehearsed stunt on the set, as a result of which the car in which McLean was in was in an accident.

The stuntman's injuries were so severe that he was immediately transported from Thailand to Australia, where he is in the rehabilitation center until now.

The defendant in the claim is named as the movie company Warner Bros. and the head of the stunt group.
