On October 28, at 10 am in the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, a funeral ceremony of farewell to People's Artist of the USSR Muslim Magomayev began. A civil funeral will take place at noon. A day later, on October 29, residents of Azerbaijan will be able to say goodbye to the singer. The ceremony will be held at the Baku State Philharmonic.
