File sharing has received religion status
The Swedish authorities have officially recognized the Church of Kopimism, which unites users of file-sharing networks. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the decision was made after several trials and the formalization of religious rites by the hierarchs and the approval of the code of church rules. Followers of the teachings of Kopimism consider information sacred, and copying and file sharing is a sacred ceremony comparable in meaning to prayer.
