Robert Pattinson to play the Depression Veterinarian
Robert Pattinson, who for obvious reasons is in great demand among moviemakers, intends to play in the drama of the American Great Depression. According to Variety, the actor will get the role of a veterinary student who, after the murder of his parents, drops out and gets a job treating animals in a traveling circus. Pattinson will be accompanied on set by Reese Witherspoon as the popular horsewoman and Sean Penn as her husband and circus trainer. The script for the movie will be based on Sarah Grun's novel Water for Elephants. Filming is scheduled to begin in summer 2010. The premiere date of the movie has not yet been confirmed.
