The Tomorrow / 2morow Film Festival opens in Moscow
On October 16, the third international movie festival of contemporary cinema `` Tomorrow / 2morow '' starts in Moscow. This year, the organizers of the movie forum will dedicate it to the founder of the festival and its leader Ivan Dykhovichny, who died on September 27 after a serious illness. Viewers will be able to see such famous movies of the director as "Prorva", "Kopeyka" and Black Monk. Nine movies are announced in the competition program, including one USA - the fantasy of director Konstantin Seliverstov on the theme of "Marriage" Nikolai Gogol. The festival will open with a screening of Jim Jarmusch's new work `` The Limits of Control '', which will be presented by the movie's cinematographer Christopher Doyle, who also intends to give a master class at the movie forum. As part of the jury, which this year is headed by the Chilean Alejandro Khodorovsky, the USA actress Polina Agureeva and the Dutchman Rutger Hauer. For the first time, the festival will operate on two sites at once - the traditional 35 mm cinema theater; and Pioneer, which opened after reconstruction.
