Josh Brolin and Matt Damon to star in a Western remake
Josh Brolin and Matt Damon will join Jeff Bridges on the set of True Grit, a remake of the 1969 western starring John Wayne. According to Variety, Damon will play the role of assistant to the American Marshal Rooster Cogburn, going to the Indian reservation in search of the murderer of the father of a 14-year-old girl. Brolin got the role of the most fugitive criminal. The movie will be directed by the Coen brothers, who had previously starred both Brolin and Bridges.
