Golden Globe hosts changed the rules
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, apparently following the example of its `` big brother '' - the American Film Academy, also decided to increase the number of applicants for its awards in one of the categories. According to the directorate of the association, we are talking about the category `` Best Animated Film '', which is now on the Golden Globe not three, but five paintings will be able to apply. However, there are some limitations. For this rule to take effect, there must be more than 12 applicants for the award that meet all the requirements. If their number does not exceed 12, then only three paintings will still be eligible for the prize. If there are less than eight applicants, the Golden Globe Best Animated Feature will not be awarded. The awards ceremony will take place on 17 January 2010.
