Sam Mendes will direct the 23rd Bond episode
British director Sam Mendes will be directing the next episode of Bond. This is reported by the THR edition. Producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli are slated to begin movieing in June 2010 based on a screenplay written by Neil Purvis and Robert Wade. Daniel Craig will star in the movie. The picture, unnamed so far, should be released in 2011. Recall that the previous part of Bond. called `` Quantum of Solace '' earned over $ 588 million worldwide.
