Lone Ranger Budget Conflict Resolved

Budget Conflict Between Walt Disney Management and The Lone Ranger Filmmakers - Gore Verbinski and Johnny Depp - settled. According to the Deadline resource, the shooting of the movie will begin later than previously planned - in early February 2012.

Recall that earlier the studio froze the project due to an excessively inflated budget: according to some estimates, Verbinski planned to shoot the movie for 275 million dollars.

After lengthy negotiations, the director himself, the leading actor Johnny Depp and producer Jerry Bruckheimer have found a way to reduce production costs to 220 million. To do this, they had to not only abandon a few scenes with complex special effects, but also reduce their own fees.

The movie was originally scheduled to premiere in December 2012. It will most likely be migrated now.
