Sneakers from Back to the Future 2 will be auctioned
The official presentation of the new line of sneakers, which is a replica of the sports shoes worn in 2015 by the hero of Michael J. Fox in the movie Back to the Future 2, took place. In anticipation of the start of sales, Nike released several commercials, including one featuring Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown. The number of sneakers is limited - only 1,500 pairs. All of them will be sold on eBay, and the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, which funds research in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Each pair is worth thousands of dollars. So, at the time of this writing, the cheapest sneakers were sold at $ 3100, and the most expensive $ 9100. Trading will last from 8 to 18 September.
