Pirates of the Caribbean 5 Screenwriter Appointed (Topic)

The movie Pirates of the Caribbean 5, which has been talked about since 2011, has found a scriptwriter. According to Variety, it was Jeff Nathanson, who previously worked on the script for Catch Me If You Can.

Note that earlier on the list of writers were Stuart Beatty, Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio. Whether Nathanson will write a completely new script, or will be engaged in the final processing of the previously created, is not yet specified.

The timing of the project and its possible rental schedule are unknown. Recall that the previous series became the highest grossing in the history of the franchise, grossing over a billion dollars at the worldwide box office.
