Duncan Jones to direct a Warcraft movie
British director Duncan Jones, who has directed movies such as Luna 2112 and Source Code, will movie the acclaimed game Warcraft for Legendary Pictures. The director himself announced this on his Twitter page. The plot of the future picture is still unknown. The studio plans to start movieing in late 2013 with an eye on the premiere in 2015. Sam Raimi was previously listed as the director of the movie, but in the summer of 2012 he announced his departure from the project. Recall that the first game in the series was released in 1994. Since then, the Warcraft universe has expanded dramatically, extending its influence to various sectors of the entertainment industry.
