Adjusted advertising campaigns for Brian Singer's projects
20th Century Fox and ABC were forced to make adjustments to their plans to promote projects with Brian Singer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, this happened due to allegations of sexual abuse of a minor against a well-known director and producer. In particular, Singer's earlier planned visit to the comics event, where he was supposed to talk about the movie X-Men: Days of Future Past, was canceled. The director was also removed from the list of participants in a conference organized by the American Association of Filmmakers, at which Vice President Biden is to speak. ABC has taken off the air commercials for the new series Black Box, in which there was a mention of Singer as the producer of the TV show. Most likely, the director's participation in the premiere events of the last part of X-Men will also be reduced to a minimum.
