Hugh Jackman was recruited into the sequel X-Men: First Class
Brian Singer continues to staff the cast of X-Men: First Class 2. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hugh Jackman, who, of course, was asked to play Wolverine, may become the next participant in the project. The result of these negotiations has not yet been specified, but, most likely, Jackman will agree. Recall that his character also appeared in the first part of the movie. Earlier, Singer announced that Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart had joined the project, who would again play Magneto and Professor X in old age. Their 'young versions' all will also be played by Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy. The movie will be released July 18, 2014.
