CTV ordered the third season of Motive
Canadian channel CTV has ordered the production of the third season of the procedural Motive, which is also broadcast on ABC. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The 13-episode detective series by executive producer Daniel Cerone (Dexter's Justice, The Mentalist) will begin production this fall in Vancouver. The second season of the series, which tells about the investigations conducted by detective Angie Flynn (Christine Lehman), attracted an average of 1.3 million viewers. The detective show, which will end its second season on CTV on May 29, also stars Luis Ferreira, Lauren Holly, Warren Christie and Valerie Tian.
