The final episode of the first half of the fifth season of AMC's zombie drama "The Walking Dead", aired on Sunday, November 30, 2014, set a new record. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the eighth episode of the drama was watched by 14.8 million people, which is 23 percent more than in 2013 (12.1 million people). Of these nearly fifteen million, 9.6 are in the 18 to 19 age category. Compared to last year (7.7 million people), these numbers have increased by 24 percent.
