James Cameron withdrew from Deauville Film Festival
James Cameron refused to participate in the jubilee American Film Festival in French Deauville. The Hollywood Reporter reports this with reference to its sources. Earlier, the organizers claimed that the director would not only present his new documentary project at the festival, dedicated to his solo dive to the bottom of the Mariana Trench, but also receive a specially established for him an award for his contribution to the development of cinema.
