Sam Rockwell to star in Poltergeist remake
Sam Rockwell is in talks with MGM and Fox 2000 for a remake of the acclaimed horror movie Poltergeist. This is reported by The Wrap. The new version will be movieed according to the script, which will be prepared by David Lindsay-Ebair. Directed by Jill Kenan, creator of the animated feature Monster House. The project will be produced by Sam Raimi. Recall that the original 1982 movie directed by Tobe Hooper, telling about the terrible events in the house built on the site of an Indian cemetery, is now considered a classic of its genre.
