In the seventh season of the series "Game of Thrones" dragons will reach record sizes. As director Matt Shackman, who movieed several episodes of the season, said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, they will be the size of a Boeing 747 airliner.

"Drogon is, of course, the largest of these, with flames reaching 18 meters in diameter," he said. Note that the length of the Boeing 747 aircraft exceeds 70 meters, and the wingspan in various modifications is from 60 to 65 meters. The director did not specify how the dragons managed to achieve such terrifying parameters.

Recall that the premiere of the first episode of the seventh season will take place in mid-July 2017. There will be seven episodes in the season.
