We are talking about Theo Galavan and his sister Tabitha, who will eventually turn into the supervillain of the DC Comics universe, Tigress. This is reported by the publication Deadline.

James Frain, known for the TV series "The Tudors" and "True Blood", got the role of billionaire entrepreneur Theo Galavan in the channel's telecomics. Newly arrived in town, Theo is the savior that Gotham has dreamed of all this time – sexy, heroic and affectionate towards his sister Tabitha (casting for the role of Tabitha at the time of writing). But behind the external altruism of Galavan, there is a century-old vendetta. Galavan and Tabitha (the Tigress) will take chaos and violence to the next level to make Gotham drown in blood. Their cunning plan will lead to the creation of new villains … and the extermination of the old.

The English actor Frain is currently seen in a recurring role in the second season of the anthology "True Detective" and in the third meson of the BBC America drama "Dark Child". Frein's recent work on the big screen – "Tron: Legacy" and "Water for Elephants!"
