Chris Pratt denies rumor of his involvement in Ghostbusters
Chris Pratt denied rumors about his possible participation in the movieing of an alternative sequel to the movie "Ghostbusters", which is supposedly to be produced by Channing Tatum. The actor made the corresponding statement in an interview with GQ. "No one has ever spoken to me about this. Never. I've actually only seen Channing a couple of times. As far as I know, this is all nonsense," he explained. Earlier it was reported that Sony Pictures has set up a new production company called Ghostcorps to implement ambitious plans for the Ghostbusters franchise, with Ivan Reitman and Dan Aykroyd, creators of the original Ghostbusters, appointed to lead it. It was this group that proposed to remove an alternative version of the next sequel. Drew Pearce was responsible for preparing the script for the movie. Filming was expected to begin no earlier than mid-2016, that is, after the release of Ghostbusters 3. In the same interview, Chris Pratt confirmed that Walt Disney representatives did mention his name in connection with plans to movie a sequel to Indiana Jones.
