Battlestar Galactica veteran Michael Hogan has a role in the second season of the FX miniseries Fargo. This is reported by The Wrap.

Hogan will play a character named Otto Gerhardt, an immigrant from Germany who, having inherited his father's modest transportation business, turns him into a criminal empire that spread to the Upper Midwest. He recently suffered a stroke and is now confined to a wheelchair. Gerhardt has lost the ability to speak, can not eat and use the toilet on his own. All his needs are met by Indian servants.

As a reminder, the events in the second season of the mini-series "Fargo" will take place in 1979, and the focus will be on Molly's father (Allison Tolman), Lou Solverson, played by Keith Carradine in the first season. Returning from Vietnam four years ago, Lu serves as a patrol officer. Season 2 will be set in Fargo, North Dakota, Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Lovern, Minnesota. Patrick Wilson has been approved for the role of young Solverson.

Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Ted Danson and Gene Smart are also in the main cast of the second season at the time of this writing.
