Fox has started developing a series based on the movie franchise "The Expendables". Feature movie star and screenwriter Sylvester Stallone will executive produce with The Expendables producer Avi Lerner and TV franchise veteran NCIS: Special Operations Shane Brennan. This is reported by the publication Deadline. Greg Coolidge ("Ride Together"), Kirk Ward and Brennan will write the script for the TV adaptation. The upcoming series is described as a captivating action-drama that will unite the legendary TV stars into a new team of highly qualified heroes, designed to stop the most dangerous terrorist.
