Ticket sales for Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens are breaking records. According to The Hollywood Reporter, citing data from the owner of the third largest UK theater chain, Vue Entertainment, 45,000 tickets were sold in the first 24 hours after the campaign started.

Vue claims that, as a rule, potential blockbusters reach comparable results in 30-60 days. In Poland, where the company owns a chain of cinema halls called "Multkino", tickets were sold at a rate of one piece every two seconds. In Germany, the CinemaxX network reported that it received 6,000 ticket requests, which is also significantly more than usual.

Recall that in the first hours after the start of sales, the largest Internet services, such as Fandango, experienced serious technical problems due to overload of servers that could not process requests. The premiere of the first movie trailer took place on October 19, 2015, two months before the seventh episode was released worldwide.

The movie stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Domhnall Gleason, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie, Simon Pegg, Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis, Adam Driver and other actors.
