Mister Freeze Appears in Gotham Season 2 (Topic)

Another legendary adversary of Batman will appear in the Fox series "Gotham" - Mr. Freeze. According to Deadline, Nathan Darrow ("House of Cards") got the role of Victor Fries, also known as Mr. Freeze, in the second season of the telecomic.

Victor – one of the prominent scientists in Gotham, engaged in cryogenics. Incredibly intelligent and extremely talented in everything related to work, Victor, however, cannot establish contact with other people in any way. The only exception is his terminally ill wife, Nora. Victor's love for Nora knows no bounds, and as her condition worsens, the scientist must go to extremes and come up with a way to freeze his wife before she dies. This heartbreaking journey will lead Victor to be reborn as the legendary DC villain named Mr. Freeze.

Arnold Schwarzenegger played the role of Mr. Freeze in the 1997 movie "Batman and Robin", and on television – George Sanders in the 60s series "Batman".

Among the promising TV projects Darrow – the HBO television movie The Master of Lies, starring Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer, and the upcoming Showtime drama Billions starring Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis.
