Tyler James Williams has a role in the Criminal Minds spin-off
Tyler James Williams ("Everybody Hates Chris") has been confirmed to co-star in the upcoming spin-off of CBS's Criminal Minds. According to Deadline, Williams will star in the series, which was written by executive producer and showrunner of the original show Erica Messer, along with Gary Sinise, "veteran" of CSI: Crime Scene Investigations New York. How and on Criminal Minds, the spin-off will focus on the FBI unit that helps American citizens in trouble overseas. Gary Sinise will play the role of the unit's boss, Jack Garrett. Williams will play a member of his team, cute and incredibly smart Monty. As a technical analyst, Monty is at home while the team is working abroad. His attention to detail is invaluable as he contacts the families of those in trouble and uses his knowledge to help his colleagues find the killer. In September 2014, Williams landed a role in the fifth season of AMC's The Walking Dead. The actor is also currently playing one of the main roles in the NBC comedy "Get Started!"
