The Walking Dead director made Negan Darth Vader
With the beginning of the second half of the seventh season of The Walking Dead, which returns to AMC on February 12, 2017, a bloody war will begin between the camp of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the gangster group Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). So, at least, the creators of the show promise. To pass the time and whip up fans, executive producer, makeup specialist and zombie-drama director Gregory Nicotero decided to experiment with the show's current main antagonist and introduce one of the most famous movie villains in his place. On an Instagram page, Nicotero posted a poster of Darth Vader holding a Negan-style baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. The rebels are kneeling in front of Vader, and behind - a group of loyal stormtroopers, replaying the scene from The Walking Dead season 6 finale where two key characters were killed by Negan. Despite the might of the Dark Side of the Force, Star Wars fans know how the Empire and the Resistance standoff ended.
