Jessica Szohr ("Gossip Girl") and Bailey Chase ("Longmire") have been cast to pilot Kevin Williamson's as-yet-untitled paranormal television project, which is movieing The CW. This is reported by Deadline. Director David Nutter (Game of Thrones) pilot, scripted by Williamson (Scream, Followers), tells the story of a young woman seeking help from a parapsychologist (Chase) when she encounters an unexplained supernatural phenomenon. The hero of Chase, Clark Patterson, a once-successful parapsychologist, is now engaged in attracting visitors to provincial themed conventions. But when he meets a mysterious young woman, everything starts to change. Zor will play Jasmine Lacroix. Granddaughter of a voodoo priestess she has transformed her legacy into a successful tourist boutique in Baton Rouge. Williamson and Nutter share executive producing roles, with Lauren Wagner producing on behalf of Warner Bros. TV and Outerbanks Entertainment.
