The British video service Uktvplay conducted a survey, in which more than 2,000 female spectators took part, asking them to name the most "delicious" actor participating in television productions. According to The Telegraph, Benedict Cumberbatch finished first by a wide margin. It was decided to celebrate the actor's victory in a manner appropriate to the research topic - to create his life-size sculptural image from Belgian milk chocolate. The process, in which not only sculptors but also chocolatiers were involved, took 250 hours. The weight of the statue was 40 kilograms. Edible Benedict Cumberbatch will be on display at London's Westfield Stratford City Shopping Center on April 3, 2015. Recall that the actor became famous thanks to his participation in the TV series "Sherlock", in which he got the role of the famous detective. The success of the television project made Cumberbatch highly sought after in Hollywood.
