Noah Hawley's anthology fans had time to rejoice at David Thewlis's appointment to one of the regular roles in the upcoming third season of Fargo, when FX announced the names of six more actors who will be joining the TV project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Stahlberg (Boardwalk), Scoot McNairy (Stop and Burn), Shea Whigham (King Kong: Skull Island), Karan Soni (Deadpool), Fred Melamed ("Long Live Caesar!") And Thomas Mann ("The Amityville Horror: The Awakening").

Rumor has it that the third season of the series takes place in 2010 after the events of the first season. It is not clear yet whether the third season will be directly or indirectly related to the first, although none of the actors are known to involved in the first season, will not return in the upcoming third. The production of the third chapter will begin in January 2017, and the premiere is planned for the same year.

The main male, or rather, the main male roles in the series are played by Evan McGregor. He will play two brothers – Emmit and Ray Stussy.
