Fox is developing a drama series "Protocol Orphans" based on the graphic novel by BOOM! Studios, co-founded by actor Peter Facinelli ("Sister Jackie"). Amanda Segel ("In Sight") will write the adapted script, 20th Century Fox TV will handle the production. This is reported by the Deadline.

At the center of the plot, "Protocol Orphans" is a foster family of orphans who, under the leadership of the US government, have undergone training and become undercover secret agents who defend the country by day and fight each other at night.
