The American Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Film has unveiled a list of contenders for its Saturn Awards. The leader in the number of nominations was the movie "Captain America: The Other War", which has a chance to receive 11 awards. Ten awards are claimed by Interstellar and nine by Guardians of the Galaxy.

Best Comic Book Adaptation features The Amazing Spider-Man: High Voltage, Captain America 2: The Other War, X-Men: Days of Future Past and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Planet of the Apes: Revolution, Edge of Tomorrow, Godzilla, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, Interstellar and Zero's Theorem will compete for the title of "Best Sci-Fi Movie" .

"Birdman", "The Grand Budapest Hotel", "The Hobbit 3: The Battle of the Five Armies", "Into the Woods ...", "Maleficent" and " The Adventures of Paddington.

Among the best horror movies, the list of the best includes "Babadook", "The Curse of Annabelle", "Dracula", "Horns", "Only Lovers Alive" and "Doomsday 2."

Best Actor nomination includes Tom Cruise (Edge of Tomorrow), Chris Evans (Captain America: The Other War), Jake Gyllenhaal (Stringer), Michael Keaton (Birdman), Matthew McConaughey (Interstellar), Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Dan Stevens (Guest).

Emily Blunt (Edge of Tomorrow), Essie Davis (Babadook), Anne Hathaway (Interstellar), Angelina Jolie (Maleficent), Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games : Mockingjay. Part 1 ") and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl).

Among the animation projects, the struggle will unfold between the cartoons "City of Heroes", "Family of Monsters", "How to Train Your Dragon 2", "Lego. Film" and "The Wind Rises".

Winners will be announced on June 25, 2015.
