A Walking Dead member arrested by the police
One of the main cast members of the fifth season of AMC's The Walking Dead, Seth Gilliam, was arrested in Peachtree City, Georgia at 2:00 am on Sunday, May 3, 2015. According to a police report, the actor, who plays the role of Gabriel's father in the zombie drama, was arrested for violating the speed limit – his car moved at a speed of 172 kilometers per hour in an area where the permissible speed should not exceed 88 kilometers per hour. The officer who carried out the arrest claims that he smelled alcohol and asked Gilliam if he drank alcohol. Gilliam allegedly confessed that he drank three glasses of beer and a shot of spirits. The test showed the level of alcohol in the blood – 0.107 ppm. The report also said that the officer smelled marijuana and found a cigarette filled with weed in the car. Gilliam, who stars in recurring roles in The Right Wife and The Werewolf, was fined for speeding, dangerous driving , driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was detained and then released. Production of The Walking Dead season 6 begins this week in Atlanta.
