Fox ordered the production of 24 Hours TV Series: Legacy and the Star

Fox has decided on two series for the 2016-2017 season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has commissioned the production of 24 Hours: The Legacy and Star. The reboot of the legendary 24 Hours procedural, in which former star Kiefer Sutherland is the executive producer, will be 12 episodes. As for Lee Daniels' Star, it will be 13 episodes.

24: Legacy is a new take on the franchise that features new characters, but retains the structure and style of the original show. The main character of the series, the war hero (Corey Hawkins) returns to the United States and due to circumstances is forced to seek help from the anti-terrorist department.
