Escape fans will see another familiar face when its sequel airs on Fox. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paul Adelstein will reprise his role as Paul Kellerman in the nine-episode TV show.

Adelstein played a regular role in the first two seasons of the original show, aired on Fox from 2005 to 2009. Absent for the entire third season, his hero returned at the end of the fourth season. Paul Kellerman was introduced as a Secret Service agent working under the Vice President to ensure that the execution of Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Pursell) went smoothly.

Adelstein joined several of his co-stars on the original series, among which Wentworth Miller Michael Scofield), Dominic Pursell (Lincoln Burrows), Sarah Wayne Callis (Sara Tancredi), Amaury Nolasco (Fernando Sucre), Robert Knepper (Tee-Bag) and Rockmond Dunbar (Sea Note).

New episodes of "The Escape" will organize a prison break – this time Michael, whose death was probably faked. Sarah, raising her son with Michael along with her new husband (Mark Feuersteen), teams up with Lincoln to come up with a new plan. Three former inmates at Fox River Prison – T-Bag, Sea-Note and Sucre – will be involved in the operation.
