Cable channel Syfy has decided to close Universal Cable Productions' "Challenge" after three seasons. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
The final episode of the third season of the futuristic drama on August 28, 2015 attracted 1.17 million viewers. The ratings for Season 3, which averaged 1.12 million watched, fall short of those for Season 1 and 2. At the time of its debut, "Challenge" took the second place among the premieres of TV series in the entire history of the channel and was the most popular series among audiences over 50 years old, aired on Mondays.
