"Pedigree" will be aborted. The third season of the family drama starring Kyle Chandler will be final. The series, produced by Sony Pictures Television, was renewed in July this year for a third season. At the time of renewal, the streaming service Netflix had no official plan to end the show with a third season. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. However, according to sources of the publication, Netflix initially notified Sony that the upcoming season, which debuts in 2017, will be the final one. The streaming service also cut the number of episodes from 13 to 10 and cut royalties. Both companies deny there is a conflict between them.
