Walt Disney ditches Ghost in the Shell
Walt Disney has ditched funding for Ghost in the Shell, based on popular Japanese manga, starring Scarlett Johansson. This was reported by Variety, without specifying the reasons. Another Hollywood major, Paramount Pictures, will become the new partner of DreamWorks studio, which is going to shoot the picture, promising to support the previously announced premiere date of March 31, 2017.
