Patty Jenkins was not invited to work on Justice League

Patty Jenkins did not take part in the work on the movie "Justice League" even as a consultant during the large-scale reshoots, which were directed by Joss Whedon. The director's statement on this matter is quoted by ScreenRant.

This is all the more remarkable since the former director of the movie, Zach Snyder, co-wrote and produced both Wonder Woman and Justice League. Whether this means that Wonder Woman's batch will be minor or revised remains to be seen. Film Studio Warner Bros. and Joss Whedon himself refrain from commenting on the essence of the reshoots.

Previously, anonymous sources in the studio claimed that the Cyborg storyline was significantly adjusted, the general tone of the picture was softened, and the Justice League finale was completely changed. The cost of additional movieing was estimated at $ 25 million, investments in the creation of new special effects were not specified.

Recall that the release of "Justice League" at the time of this writing was announced for November 2017. The movie stars Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Henry Cavill, Connie Nielsen, Ezra Miller, Amber Heard, Kirsi Clemons, Diane Lane and other popular actors.
