Halo Infinite, the next evolution of the popular franchise, will not be released in 2020. The changes to the premiere schedule were announced by its creators - Xbox and 343 Industries. "Today we want to share with the community an important update. We made the difficult decision to postpone the release to 2021 to provide our team with additional time to create a Halo game product that aligns with our vision. We know this will be a disappointment for many of you, and we all share that feeling. The passion and support that the community has shown over the years has been incredible and inspiring. We are not wanted nothing more than to play our game with the community in the coming holidays.
