The famous Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino will shoot the sequel to the western "Django Unchained", in which the popular hero of the same historical period, Zorro, will appear. According to Collider, the project will be based on the graphic novel "Django / Zorro", in the creation of which Tarantino himself took part.
"The action takes place a few years after the events of the first movie. Django is still a bounty hunter. and since there is a bounty on his head in the East, he mainly runs his business in the western states, having securely settled his wife Broomhilda in the Chicago area, he sets off, sending her money whenever he finishes work. By pure chance, he meets the aged Diego de la Vega - the famous Zorro - and finds himself fascinated by this unusual character. Django becomes Diego's "bodyguard" and joins him in his mission to free local indigenous peoples from slavery.
The screenplay will be prepared by Jerrod Carmichael. It is not yet known whether Tarantino will take the director's chair or limit himself to producing functions, as he promised to "retire" after the release of the tenth movie.
