Jennifer Garner decided to put an end to her marriage to Ben Affleck. According to the TMZ publication, after the dramatic incident with the delivery of Affleck, who was in a strong alcoholic intoxication, to a rehabilitation clinic, the spouses' lawyers agreed on all the details of the divorce process and the division of property. Sources of the publication claim that the couple did not have a marriage contract, therefore all of their joint property will be divided in accordance with the laws of the state of California, that is, in half. As for the underage children, Affleck and Garner agreed to joint custody of them.
