Avatar 2 is delayed
Walt DIsney has scrapped plans to release the science fiction movie Avatar 2 in 2021. As reported with reference to the official press release of The Hollywood Reporter, the release of the movie has been postponed once again for a year - to December 16, 2022. The rental schedules of all subsequent parts of the project have been changed accordingly - " Avatar 3 "- for December 20, 2024," Avatar 4 "- for December 18, 2026," Avatar 5 "- for December 22, 2028. " There is no one more disappointed with this delay than me, "commented Avatar director James Cameron in his Instagram post - What most of you probably don't know is that the pandemic is still preventing us from resuming much of our virtual movieing in Los Angeles pavilions. This work is just as important for movies as shooting on location. " Recall that earlier it became known that New Zealand allowed the resumption of movieing of the sequel to Avatar.
