Vladimir Etush passed away
In Moscow, at the 97th year of his life, the famous theater and cinema artist Vladimir Etush died. Cardiac arrest is reported as the cause of death. In 1945, after graduating from college, he was accepted into the troupe of the Vakhtangov theater. Etush made his movie debut in the early 50s in the movie "Admiral Ushakov". All-Union fame brought the artist his work in the movie "Prisoner of the Caucasus, or Shurik's new adventures." He also starred in the movies "The Old, Old Tale", "Solaris", "Ivan Vasilyevich Changes His Profession" and others. Etush was a recognized master of the episode, the characters he played quickly became cult, and the phrases he spoke - winged.
