Warner Bros. will not make movies about the Joker and Harley Quinn
Warnrer Bros. Film Studios and DC Films have opted out of Jared Leto's Joker-inspired solo movie and their co-production with Harley Quinn, played by Margot Robbie. This is reported by Forebes, citing its sources. It is also argued that, most likely, both of these characters will not appear in the sequel to the movie "Suicide Squad", in which they made their debut. The studios insist on a "soft restart" with the participation of completely different characters than in the first episode. Note that for the first time the intention of the partners to make a movie about Harley Quinn and the Joker became known in mid-2017. A little later it was reported that the directors will be the creators of the comedy "This is a stupid love" Glenn Ficarra and John Recua.
