Taika Waititi and Bong Joon-ho win major screenwriting awards
The Writers Guild of America has presented its 2019 awards. In the nomination "Best Original Screenplay" the award was given to the creator of the movie "Parasites" Bong Joon-ho, and in the nomination "Best Adapted Screenplay" the leader was Taika Waititi, the author of the movie "Jojo Rabbit". The latter published on his The official Twiyyet page shows a photo of him with his South Korean counterpart. The Best Screenplay for a New Series went to the creators of the comic-based show "Keepers".
