Taika Waititi to star Jude Law in new series
Popular Hollywood director and screenwriter Taika Waititi has signed an agreement with Showtime to shoot a mini-series titled "The Auteur". According to The Hollywood Reporter, British actor Jude Law will play one of the key roles in it. The content of the series has not yet been specified, it is only known that it will be a satirical project. It is in the early stages of development, with no start date for movieing. Both moviemakers have obligations under other contracts. For example, Lowe is expected to soon begin work on a role in the third Fantastic Beasts movie, and Whiteity is expected to return to the Marvel Universe to create Thor 4: Love and Thunder. In writing the script for The Author. will also feature Peter Warren, who may will also direct one or two episodes of the show. Taika Waititi will take over as producer.
