Sylvester Stallone accused of rape
Sylvester Stallone found himself at the center of a scandal after an unnamed woman accused him of rape, which occurred 27 years ago. According to TMZ, the victim turned to the Santa Monica police with a corresponding statement. The famous Hollywood actor, screenwriter and producer himself categorically denied the accusations, and his officials have already promised to file a counterclaim for false denunciation. Stallone admitted that he really knew the plaintiff in the late 80s of the last century and for some time was intimate with her by mutual agreement, but in 1990 they did not meet. The police pledged to conduct investigate and decide whether or not to refer the case to the district attorney for charges. Note, that in California the statute of limitations for rape cases is 10 years, but in the current situation, when Hollywood is literally flooded with a wave of allegations of sexual assault, the police are forced to take all such allegations seriously.
