Liberal opposition and activists in Hong Kong have called for a boycott of the movie "Ip Man 4," starring Donnie Yong, a popular actor in China and Hollywood. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the reason was the views of the latter, who supported the reunification of the territories.

Activists are outraged that Donnie Yong took part in official events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the restoration of PRC sovereignty over Hong Kong together with the leaders of the state.
